Description

Villa Cardia is a beautifully decorated, well appointed, three bedroomed villa with a spacious outside area and private pool. The property is located within a five minute walk from the Village Square, Golf Clubhouse and Resort facilities.

The ground floor hosts the lovely kitchen, dining and living area which has a lovely homely feel to it due to it's decor and views over the pool and golf course. The villa is well equipped with free Wi-Fi, comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback option, DVD player and Playstation 2. The room opens up out on to the terrace, giving the whole room a nice light air. The first double room is also found on the ground floor, as well as the first of the bathrooms which has a large shower.

The upper floor in the villa houses the master double bedroom, twin room and second bathroom (with bath and shower). The master bedroom has two balconies, and the twin room has one balcony, all of which with wonderful views of the golf course, sunset and sea views beyond.

Outside, the large terrace has ample space for 6 sunbeds and dining area, set in a pretty garden with an 8x4 metre private pool, with lovely views over the golf course. The spacious exterior compliments the lovely interior of the villa, and together make for a perfect holiday home from home, ideal for small families, golfers or those who simply want the perfect place to relax in the sun.

The interior of the property is fully air-conditioned throughout for all year round comfort. There is a fully fitted kitchen, two good sized bathrooms, two doubles and one twin room. A free cot & high chair are also available upon request.

We spent 11 nights staying in Villa Cardia through Aphrodite rentals. The villa was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location close to the resort centre. The Aphroditerentals.com team were very helpful through the booking process and use of the departure lounge on our last day was so handy.

Lovely villa and great location!
Pissouri is a lovely village - nice beach with watersports if you wish and plenty of restaurants.
Favourite restaurant here is the Cypriot restaurant - Dimitris is a great Maitre'D!

The house and swimming pool are amazing! I really enjoyed this area - it's so quiet and relaxed here. We were very lucky with the weather. But most of all I loved the food! I can't wait to come here again!

Two lovely weeks in the villa. Enjoyed it very much. Villa, pool, garden looks nice and is well maintained. Trip to Troodos one day, and walked to Kaledonia waterfalls. Very much enjoyed great weather, good food and relaxed a lot!

Three generations have enjoyed a sunny week in this clean, well equipped villa. Our third visit to the Resort with unanimous votes to return again!
The 5 year old guest spent nearly all his holiday in and out of the pool! We ate out each evening in the Resort - a little pricey but welcoming and good food!

We loved this villa ! Couldn't fault it and we are quite fussy ! Lots of great reviews in the guest book in the villa too. It had the biggest pool we saw compared to other villas at Aphrodite Hills . Liked the easy proximity to the shops and restaurants - all easily walkable. Aphroditerentals.com were very helpful too - their service was great.
