Apartment Ouranos is a large ground floor apartment in a peaceful location, with its very own south facing private terrace and pretty garden which offers beautiful golf and sea views.

The interior of the apartment is very well equipped and furnished with comfortable fixtures, offering a very homely feeling. There are three bedrooms, two of which overlook the garden, golf course and out sea. As well as a modern kitchen, there is a large living and dining area and two good sized bathrooms.

The interior of the property offers free wi-fi, has a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option and is fully air-conditioned.

The front door opens into the spacious living and dining area which are decorated well with comfortable couches, large dining table and chairs, large flat screen TV (with a UK TV system which also offers unlimited movies and international channel options). This room is south facing and overlooks the terrace meaning that you will always have views of the sea on offer. The modern kitchen is separated but with a window that peeks through to the dining area.

The large master bedroom is found to the left and is a nice, bright room with patio doors that open out to the terrace overlooking the golf course to the sea. There is plenty of wardrobe space, as well as an ensuite bathroom with bath, overhead shower and separate shower unit. The second double room and single room (which can sleep two because the bed has a pull out guest bed if required) are found on the other side of the apartment and share a family bathroom which has a walk in shower unit. The second double room, like the master bedroom, also has patio doors that open out to the terrace. All bedrooms also benefit from ceiling fans which are a great bonus in the heat of the summer.

The highlight of Apartment Ouranos is definitely the private garden (with pretty potted plants) and terrace - being south facing it catches the sunshine all day, and the shaded space with comfortable seating, and dining table and chairs offers a beautiful spot for relaxing and soaking up the stunning golf and sea views. There are also sun beds and a gas BBQ to make the most of.
