Property Description

Villa Galinios is a opulent, five bedroom villa set in large, tranquil surroundings with a wonderful lawned garden and large 11x7m private overflow pool. The property has recently undergone a major refurbishment and renovation of the ground floor space which has turned it into one of the standout Villas on resort.

The living area has been fully upgraded and extended incorporating marble throughout, recessed ceilings, full length Bi-fold doors that open the room up completely to the garden and pool bringing the wonderful outside space in.

There is a brand new, custom made, Italian kitchen finished in creme with full length glass splashbacks and large granite worktops to complete the modern and contemporary look to the living space.

With full length doors to the side of the space the dining area is light and airy with a beautiful outlook over the garden and pool.

In the living area there are high quality, comfortable sofas a large screen TV and a comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback option and two iPod docking stations. The vaulted ceiling with uplights and glass shelving units cap off the prestige feel to the interior space.

The ground floor double bedroom has also been redecorated and the en-suite bathroom has been upgraded and redecorated.

The bedrooms are all en-suite and are set out as follows; there is a double bedroom on the lower floor (this is the only room without air-conditioning, however a fan is provided), a double bedroom on the ground floor and on the first floor there is a twin room. On the second floor – a double room & the master double room. The second floor bedrooms share a balcony that run the length of the villa, with comfortable seating and beautiful views of the golf course and sea beyond. Outside you have a large, paved driveway with private parking at the front of the property. The large private and landscaped rear garden features a large overflow pool with automatic child safe cover. The gardens are all on one level making this a great villa for those with kids or people with mobility issues. There is a huge lawned area, shady terraces for al fresco dining, and a BBQ area - all with lovely, peaceful views over the golf course. The villa is fully air conditioned and the property has central heating, providing year-round comfort.

The property is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the Eastern plateau a 5 minute drive away from the Resort village square.


Pool Heating: pool heating is available at Villa Galinios, and is recommended between October – May. The cost for pool heating is €315.00 per week (surcharges may apply, please enquire for more details).

What do I need to know

Our Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.

Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).

Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.

This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:

• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)

The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.

ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.

If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.

More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation

Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
