Our Covid-19 Customer care policy
We have handled a lot of bookings during the Covid-19 pandemic and the travel barriers that it has presented since 2020, and we can confidently offer you peace of mind that we will take care of you and your booking should you face any issues with getting here.
In case you are unable to travel due to any Covid-19 related issues (such as borders being closed or flights being cancelled) then any monies paid to us can be used against an alternate booking within a 12 month period. Should your new dates be booked for a different season, then you will be refunded the price difference for a lower season, or any increase in price for a higher season will be calculated, agreed and added to your final balance.
For bookings made during periods of travel that are considered a period of uncertainty due to potential travel restrictions caused by Covid-19, we shall extend flexibility of balance due date to up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival date (normally 8 weeks). Such exceptions will be agreed, in writing, by our reservations team.
Social distancing: We ensure to follow any applicable local social distancing rules on arrival and we have meet and greet procedures in place to ensure that you receive all the relevant information for your holiday property should remote access be required, and to ensure that we uphold the maximum safety for our valued guests and staff.
Cleanliness is key: We are proud to assure you that we take all of the necessary precautions in order to ensure the maximum cleanliness of our properties for your arrival. As well as a thorough deep-clean, our housekeeping team also take the following extra steps:
All outdoor furniture sanitised
All touchable areas disinfected (keys, key boxes, handles, doors, railings, floors, surfaces)
Mattresses sprayed with a special antibacterial spray
Pool is chemically balanced
