Property Description

Villa Poseidon is an opulent five bedroom villa that guarantees a very special holiday to remember. No expense has been spared on the Villa from the top roof relax lounge with panoramic views to the bottom HD cinema room with 4D surround sound.

Inside, Villa Poseidon is modern, bright and open with comfortable lounge areas, premium beds for comfort and exquisite bathrooms gilded in marble from floor to ceiling.

Outside on the pool terrace the Villa boasts spacious grounds with an 11x6m private infinity pool with child safe automatic pool cover. This is surrounded by large flat space at the rear, plenty of areas for relaxing in the shade or sunshine overlooking the pool, lake and golf course beyond. The roof relax lounge really shows off the panoramic views available from this great location with gorgeous 360 views of the mountains, golf course and Mediterranean – the perfect spot for a sun downer while you soak in the sunset! By day this space boasts a wonderful lounge space with automatic shade, surrounded in glass for unobstructed views and protection from the gentle breeze.

With a theme of Greek Mythology, Villa Poseidon is home to four amazing sculptures of Greek Gods, Poseidon, Aphrodite, Pegasus, and a Centaur, created by artist Günther Fahrner. The art is all the more poignant given that, according to legend, Aphrodite's birthplace, Petra Tou Romiou is situated less than a 5 minute drive from the villa, thus Aphrodite Hills is already steeped in the history of this enchanting mythology. Upon entering the villa you are welcomed into the bright, open plan living, dining and kitchen area. It’s light, it’s modern and the holiday-feel it exudes is palpable. This ground floor space has large bi-fold doors, bringing the outside in and opening the villa right out to the poolside terrace and golf course views beyond. The beautiful kitchen is fully fitted with mod-cons including nespresso coffee machine, quooker hot water tap, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. The living area has an impressive log burner, which really adds to the style of the room and provides great heating if you’re visiting in winter months.

Free reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the Villa and the living room features built in Sonos music system.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated for all year around comfort and in addition, all bedrooms can be made up as doubles or twins – the beds are brand new and extremely comfortable.

The first of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor, with an en-suite bathroom (with spa bath and overhead shower). This is configured as a twin room, but the beds are zippable and can be made into a double if required. This bedroom opens out on to the pool side terrace, and offers lovely garden, golf and pool views.

Downstairs, it’s holiday heaven; there is a super cool cinema room that is kitted out with huge comfy bean bags, sofa, HD projector, IPTV system with unlimited movies, sports and UK and European TV channels, 4D surround sound, Xbox 360 and has sound proof walls. Get your popcorn, because this is the coolest place to hide from the sun! The twin bedroom on this level (which can be made into a double) has two windows that give it a nice airy feeling and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is made up as a double (but can be configured as a twin) and also boasts an en-suite with a modern walk-in shower.
On the first floor there are two bright, modern double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with new, large walk-in showers. These bedrooms also have zippable king size beds that can be made up as twins if you wish. From this level, both bedrooms open out on to the brand new upper terrace that offers beautiful golf course views – but it doesn’t stop here…take the spiral staircase from this level on to the roof relax lounge and you will be wowed with the stunning 360 degree views that look right over the coast line as well. Both terraces have glass fronts to keep you sheltered while you make the most of these views. This is where we’d recommend you take your bottle of wine, and make sure you don’t miss the stunning Cyprus sunsets!

The rear garden is really spacious and offers plenty of chill out areas – it overlooks the 10th fairway and lake giving it a really relaxed aspect with pretty views. Make the most of your 11x6m private infinity overflow pool, outside BBQ area (with fridge and dishwasher, hot and cold running water and a 5 ring gas hob), pool shower, marble dining area (with awning) and sofas! The pool can be heated out of season plus the automatic pool cover is child safe and keeps the pool warm overnight when heating is operational.

What do I need to know

Our Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.

Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).

Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.

This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:

• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)

The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.

ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.

If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by to compensate and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.

More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation

Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
