Property Description

Villa Delphin is a beautiful, recently renovated five bedroom villa with amazing outside space, including a 13x5m private pool, set in tranquil surroundings. Families and groups of friends can really make the most of time outdoors here at Villa Delphin, with multiple seating areas, spacious grounds and a fabulous BBQ area - complete with table tennis table, and astro turf area which is great for kids.

Inside, the villa is also vast and each room offers a real sense of space and comfort. The large living area is impressive, furnished with a bold painting, large chandeliers and lovely seating. It has a large flat screen TV (with comprehensive TV system that has international sports and movie channels with playback option).The new kitchen is light and bright and doubles up as the open plan inside dining area too. Both the living area and kitchen-diner have large patio doors that open out to, and offer views of, the outside pool area.

The private 13x5 overflow pool (with heating available at an additional cost) is situated in the heart of the villa's grounds, with roman steps entrance. There are plenty of areas to choose from for your time outside to relax - sun deck with sunbeds, shady terraces with comfortable seating or under the pretty pergola. A table tennis table is provided for entertainment too. The BBQ area is stunning with its own bar, beautiful lighting, and feature floor tiles - it is definitely one of the villa's highlights. Around the BBQ area there is also a section of astro turf which is great for kids.

The bedrooms are well furnished with good quality beds and matresses, linen and furnishings to match. The ground floor hosts both twin rooms (just off the kitchen) which share a beautiful bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower. All of the bathrooms in the villa have been modernised with gorgeous marble-style tiles and floating mirrors. The remaining three bedrooms (all doubles) are located on the first floor; the first two share a bathroom (with large walk-in shower), and the beautiful master bedroom has its own ensuite, also with a large walk-in shower. All of the bedrooms have new air-conditioning units as well as ceiling fans, making them super comfortable in the peak of summer too.

Villa Delphin offers free reliable Wi-Fi and is fully air-conditioned plus the units can heat for all year round comfort.

What do I need to know

Our Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.

Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).

Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.

This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:

• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)

The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.

ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.

If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.

More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation

Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
