Property Description

Villa Varvara is a beautiful four bedroom villa with bright, modern interiors and fantastic outside space.

The spacious garden has been maxed out for holiday relaxation; there is a 10x5m private infinity edge pool, hot tub, BBQ area, pool and tennis table and a lovely little pagoda nestled in the bottom of the garden, perfect for hiding away with a book. Views over the golf course add to the pretty surroundings, and being south-facing you can enjoy the sun from early morning right through to late afternoon.

Upon entering Villa Varvara you are greeted with a light, comfortable open-plan living and dining area that both open out to the beautiful garden and pool area. There is comfortable seating, a large screen TV (with a comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback option), CD player (sound system with bluetooth), and of course, complimentary wi-fi throughout the whole house. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, coffee machine and Nespresso machine for your comfort, and air-conditioning and central heating make for year-round comfort.

Also situated on this floor, adjoining the living area, is the master double bedroom. This bedroom has a real Grecian feel, opens out to the garden and pool area, and has a fabulous en suite bathroom, accessed via a corridor of mirrored wardrobes, with corner bath, shower unit and his and hers sinks.

The immediate outside space at Villa Varvara is covered, accessed via the dining area. This has been set up as a chill out area, with table tennis table that can convert into a pool table, and comfortable seating. It's a great spot for enjoying a beer and having some group fun after a day of chilling by the pool. Outside, the built in BBQ area with gas BBQ is spacious and practical, and has an outside sink. The garden is very well grown in and provides lovely holiday surroundings, particularly with the little pagoda that sits at the bottom - from where you can enjoy some shade, a nosey over the golf course, or a glass of wine and a good book. The hot tub is a great addition too of course!

Upstairs you will find a lovely double room which has an ensuite bathroom with a shower unit. The remaining two bedrooms are located downstairs; on the first level is the twin room, and a few steps down is the third double room. These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower unit. All the bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, three of which also have ceiling fans too. The double room on the lowest level does not have a ceiling fan but is in a cooler part of the house, and also benefits from having a door that leads out and up to the garden. All of the bedrooms have been decorated in a contemporary style, so you can enjoy the modern feel of the villa from the moment you wake up right through to bedtime.

Situated on the western plateau of the resort, just a 20 minute stroll from the village square and facilities, Villa Varvara is in a great location within Aphrodite Hills - it's peaceful and on one of the quieter areas but is still easily accessible. There is not much more you could ask of a holiday home, with plenty to keep everyone entertained throughout the day, fantastic outside space, and lovely modern interiors, Villa Varvara is a wonderful choice of self-catering villa at Aphrodite Hills Resort!

What do I need to know

Our Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.

Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).

Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.

This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:

• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)

The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.

ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.

If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.

More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation

Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
