Property Description

Villa Calantha is a beautiful, spacious, modern five bedroom villa in a wonderful location on the Resort; perched at the top of the western plateau, south-facing, within walking distance of the Resort village centre and facilities. The beautiful gardens benefit from all day sunshine, and the villa offers lovely views of the Mediterranean sea - a wonderful combination of highlights that make this a fantastic choice of holiday acommodation on the Resort.

Within the beautiful, spacious landscaped garden there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, with a 10x5m private pool (heating available), dining table, sunbeds for all, gas BBQ and outdoor food preparation area. The garden is set all on one level, which is great for kids and a table tennis table is provided for extra entertainment too.

The villa is spread across three floors with a vaulted ceiling, giving a wonderful light and spacious feel to the ground floor which features the modern living area, seperate kitchen (which is very well equipped, and complete with Nespresso coffee maker), and dining area. The living area has a fireplace, comfortable leather corner sofa and opens out to the large patio, overlooking the 10x5 private pool (with heating available). There is a large screen TV with comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback option.

Having benefited from a refurbishment in 2021, Villa Calantha's bedrooms are modern and spacious; two are doubles and three are twins (two of the twins can be made up as doubles if required). The first twin room (which can be made up as a double) is situated on the ground floor, and opens out to the garden and terrace and has a modern ensuite bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine level there is a double and a twin room which share a bathroom. Upstairs you will find the beautiful master double room that has a little balcony with beautiful sea views. The master double is en suite, with modern shower. Another twin room (which can be made up as a double) is also found on this level, with lovely views and a modern ensuite with shower.

Villa Calantha is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated for all year around comfort, offering reliable wireless internet throughout the property. There is also a complimentary travel cot and high chair available if required.

Holidays at Villa Calantha are a real delight, it is in a convenient location within the Resort, yet has such a wonderful, peaceful ambience. Afternoons spent by the pool are of pure relaxation, so sit back, chill and leave your stresses behind!


Pool Heating: pool heating is available at Villa Calantha, and is recommended between October – May. The cost for pool heating is €315.00 per week (surcharges may apply, please enquire for more details).

What do I need to know

Our Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.

Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).

Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.

This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:

• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)

The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.

ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.

If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.

More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation

Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
