Property Description

Junior Villa Eleyjo is the ultimate luxury holiday hang-out; it has been fully refurbished, is decorated to the highest of standards, is kitted out with more than you could wish for and boasts a number of incredibly cool social areas where you can chill out, soak up the sun, socialise, drink and dine and make holiday memories. Also boasting a stunning, private 11x5m pool (with feature waterfalls), we guarantee you’ll fall in love with this villa the second you set foot in it.

Every space in this villa has been decked out to make sure there is a great variety of spaces to enjoy – to that end, there is an ‘outside extension’ around the ground floor of the villa with bi-fold glass windows; so these rooms are both open and bright in the summer, and cozy in the winter. This is where you will find the first gorgeous dining space, which can seat 8, a great choice for a more ‘formal’ dining time (well, as formal as you’d like!). There is also the sun room which has sofas, a bar with bar stools and joins on to the super cool outdoor kitchen (with its own fridge, dishwasher, full separate set of kitchenware, cast iron griddle for BBQ, 6 burner gas hob and double oven and sink).

Being located at the end of a cul de sac on Zephyros Village, set down from road level, the garden and pool area at Eleyjo offer a great sense of privacy, with views over the neighbouring natural area and out to the mountains beyond. It is peaceful and compliments the holiday feel offered by the facilities on offer. The new private pool has roman steps entrance, glittering tiles and waterfall features – it can be heated (at an additional cost) out of season too. The outside terrace has dining table and chairs, seating, sunbeds for all and an outside toilet and shower. There is a grass lawn on this level, as well as a shaded astroturf area down the steps at the lower level of the villa.

Inside, the ground floor hosts a stunning new kitchen which is fitted with the highest standard appliances; two ovens, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer and more than enough kitchenware. The plush living area has comfortable couches, feature lighting, a feature fire place and a huge 75" flat screen Smart TV with Netflix. There is a small balcony off this room as well, perfect for a morning coffee with a newspaper. A new shower room has also been installed on this level too.

Downstairs hosts the three en suite bedrooms. These rooms, and not least the master double, have been decorated with love and liken the style of a beautiful boutique hotel. Comprising of two doubles and a twin (which can be made up as a super king double if you require), each en suite is modern, with large walk-in showers.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, has three wi-fi systems to support devices inside and out, has a large Alexa speaker, has feature lighting throughout – trust us, every detail has been thought through and executed to perfection so that you can max-out on entertainment and relaxation within stylish surroundings. The only downside to this villa is having to leave on departure day!


Pool Heating: pool heating is available at Junior Villa Eleyjo, and is recommended between October – May. The cost for pool heating is €380.00 per week (surcharges may apply, please enquire for more details).

What do I need to know

Our Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.

Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).

Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.

This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:

• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)

The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.

ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.

If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.

More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation

Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
