This stunning restaurant is found in the heart of beautiful Paphos Old Town, one of our favourite locations to visit in Cyprus. Vitro opened its doors in 2021, with its menu, curated by Executive Chef Giorgio Manganiello, impressing diners ever since.

Vitro offers authentic Italian food cooked fresh in their open kitchen; they are, quite rightly, very proud of their homemade pasta that is made in-house on a daily basis, and their delicious, hand-crafted Napolitana pizzas. All fish featured in the menu is super fresh too. The menu is well crafted and caters for all, with signature dishes including Filetto Alla Boscaiola (tender back Angus steak sous vide, pumpkin and carrot puree with a selection of wild mushrooms and fresh cream on sauce or green pepper sauce).
