Comark Estates, established in 2021, launched following a successful partnership that the Directors Martin Cook and Mark Petts (Aphroditerentals.com Managing Director) had with Limassol-based Galaxia Estates. After a few years’ partnership, Martin and Mark recognised the need to start an independent venture in the shape of Comark Estates, in order to truly dedicate focus on their expanding client base and property portfolio, both on Aphrodite Hills Resort and surrounding areas. Comark Estates had an incredibly successful first year in 2022 and continues to exceed sales expectations, with a very healthy demand in the market for both new builds and resales.

Comark Estates is a fully licenced and registered real estate company, headed up by sales agents Martin Cook and Lisa Sofocleous. New Village on Aphrodite Hills – Dionysus Greens

The newest village on Aphrodite Hills Resort, Dionysus Greens, is under construction, and at the time of writing (January 2023), well underway, with phase one almost complete. Dionysus Greens is located in the very heart of Aphrodite Hills in between Helios Heights and Alexander Heights, next to the Aphrodite Hills Tennis Academy. This is what we call prime location!

It is very fortunate that the construction, which has been ongoing for around a year, has had little impact on any of our guest stays and very few of our holiday rental properties are within close enough proximity to even have a little noise disturbance.

Dionysus Greens will be made up of 50 apartments, 12 detached villas and 10 junior villas, all of which are designed to offer the most luxurious of Mediterranean lifestyles. The village will also host the new 6 hole par 3 course that is will be finished imminently. The golf course will be a great addition to the wonderful golf facilities that are available at Aphrodite Hills Resort, as well as providing a beautiful backdrop for the properties on Dionysus Greens, and the south-facing junior villas on Helios Heights.

The properties on Dionysus Greens will be incredibly impressive, with opulent marble finishes and Italian-style kitchen units – they will be finished to the highest of standards and enjoy wonderful communal facilities and pools built within the complex. The villas will of course boast their own private pools too.

The village will be complete in two stages: phase one and phase two. Expected delivery times:

Phase one: around July 2023:

Getting Around – Transport Options for your Holiday

Buses, Taxis and Hire Cars

Cyprus does not have much in the way of a public transport system, so it is a good idea to consider how much you are looking to explore the island, or travel off the Resort during you holiday to weigh up your best options for transportation during your holiday. If you are based on the Western Plateau of the Resort (which is where all of the Resort facilities are located) then you don’t necessarily need to hire a car if you are not planning to leave the Resort much during your stay, however if you are staying on the Eastern Plateau or are thinking of doing some sightseeing or eating outside of the Resort, then we would definitely recommend hiring a car.

There are no bus transfers to Aphrodite Hills from the airports, therefore we recommend pre-booking a taxi, or having your car hire arranged for pick-up when you land.

If you’re considering travelling into Paphos to visit the harbour, or other places of interest, then there is a great bus service that runs from the Golf Club car park straight into Paphos harbour (from where you can get connecting buses into Paphos Old Town, or Coral Bay for example).

Here we include details of our preferred partners for Taxis and Car Hire, as well as information on the Bus Route that runs from the Resort.

Taxis
Our recommended taxi company is Palepafos Taxi, based in Kouklia Village that also have an office hut at the Golf Club car park on the Resort. They have a variety of cars and mini buses and are very familiar with Aphrodite Hills Resort.  Bonus: they offer our guests and 8509 magazine readers a 10% discount:

Car Hire

Bus Service – Route 631
The route 631 bus to Paphos harbour collects from the resort in the Golf club car park slip road near the Aphrodite Hills roundabout. Visit the Pafos Buses Website.

Route: Paphos Harbour (Bus station) – Petra tou Romiou (Aphrodite’s Rock) – travel time 45 mins.

Stops: Harbour (main station), Ledas, Alkiminis, Poseidonos Ave., Danaes Ave., Aphrodite’s avenue, Spyrou Kyprianou Ave., Gianni Kontou, Ippokratous, Makariou Ave., Paphos-Limassol old road (B6), Kouklia Village, Aphrodite Hills, Petra Tou Romiou.

Cycle Hire
Hiring bikes is a good way to get around the Resort and local area. There is a new bike hire shop in the village square, The Cycling Station, that provides road bike hire and also offers guided tours. You can also hire road and mountain bikes locally for delivery to your holiday property from CWC-Pro Cycling in Kouklia Village – Tel: 96 518061.


Electric Bike Hire

Electric bike hire is available from Leos car hire just outside the supermarket on the Resort. They are available to hire all year round from one hour up to a week, or even a month. Ask directly for prices, including weekly/monthly pass prices. Minimum age: 16 years.
